Steps for Registering New Students

Registration Steps
A- Educational Steps:
Booth 1- Identity verification and submission of Ministry of Science forms by Ms. Hangi and Mr. Mohammadi in the amphitheater
Booth 2- Military Service Booth by Ms. Soohanian
Military Service Documents:

Original birth certificate and a copy of all pages
National ID card and a copy
Original pre-university certificate and a copy
Original exemption card and a copy
Original diploma transcripts and a copy
Obtain Military Service form
Two passport-sized photos with writing on the back

Booth 3- Checking forms and collecting registration documents by Ms. Engineer Fereydouni
Required Documents:

Original birth certificate and a copy of all pages
Original national ID card and a copy
Original exemption card and a copy
Original diploma and pre-university transcripts and a copy
Original diploma and pre-university certificates and a copy
Postal receipt for the original diploma and pre-university certificates
Obtain forms
Twenty passport-sized photos with writing on the back

Booth 4- Secretariat of Education for collecting completed student documents by Mr. Jelodar and Ms. Darvishzadeh
Booth 5- Issuing student ID numbers by Mr. Jelodar and Ms. Darvishzadeh

Booth 6- Student ID card issuing unit by Mr. Mohammadi
Required Documents:

Copy of all pages of the birth certificate
Copy of the national ID card
Two passport-sized photos with writing on the back
Complete form

B- Student Affairs

Booth 7- Establishing student files by Ms. Bahrami
Required Documents:

Copy of all pages of the birth certificate
Copy of the national ID card
Two passport-sized photos with writing on the back
Obtain form

Booth 8- Affairs for Witnesses and Veterans by Mr. Engineer Zahedi
Required Documents:

Copy of all pages of the birth certificate
Copy of the national ID card
Original veteran card and a copy
Witness card for witness children and a copy

Booth 9-Nutrition affairs by Mr. Moradi
Booth 10- Dormitory affairs, obtaining forms from Mr. Sadeghat and Mr. Moradi for payment to finance
Providing a form for payment to finance Bank National Account Number 2178983501000 for any student financial deposits will be announced.
Booth 11- Site usage facilities by Ms. Fereydouni

Note:
Copy affairs managed by Mr. Hosseini
To pay fees within the university, the card reader will be used.
Accommodation for dear students' families will be in the university amphitheater
Registration hours from 8 to 13 and 14 to 16
