The President of Qom University of Technology and the head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader in this university held a joint meeting with the Secretary of the Cultural Revolution Council, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Khosrow Panah. They presented a report on the achievements of Qom University of Technology in various scientific and cultural fields. In this meeting, the President of Qom University of Technology, after outlining the university's accomplishments in achieving first and second place in employment rates for undergraduate graduates in the years 2020 and 2021, respectively, as well as top rankings in faculty-industry and community engagement, and the prominence in conducting skill development courses, stated: "Following the directives of the Supreme Leader in accordance with the second phase of the Islamic Revolution's declaration regarding faith, hope, and the special attention to self-improvement, socialization, and civilization-building, special planning and actions have been taken at Qom University of Technology." He mentioned: "Strengthening religious beliefs, alongside planning and executing scientific and cultural programs that promote vitality, forms the foundation of our work at this university." He added: "The scientific and cultural programs at Qom University of Technology are implemented using Deming's continuous improvement management cycle (PDCA cycle), which includes the stages of planning, action, monitoring, and corrective action. With this method, we have observed favorable results at Qom University of Technology." Dr. Rezaei Nour, in the context of Islamicizing this university, stated: "The capabilities of the representative office and revolutionary organizations are utilized in decision-making and program implementation. Additionally, university officials have maximum participation in cultural programs and strive to exemplify the noble verse: 'Be callers to Allah with your actions and not just your tongues.'" In this meeting, the President of Qom University of Technology referred to the unique dynamism of Qom University as a designated university for the province and the acceleration of mutual cooperation in recent times. Hojjatoleslam Dr. Ghorbani Mobin, the head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader at Qom University of Technology, also discussed the significant cultural activities of the university over the past years. He stated: "Establishing the Seyyid al-Shuhada camp during Arbaeen in the holy city of Karbala, setting up various camps at the shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (s) and within the university, and holding the national mourning event 'Fatimi Sanctuary' have been among the special cultural programs of this university." He also expressed gratitude for the good cooperation and support of the Ministry of Science, Qom University, and Qom University of Medical Sciences in setting up these camps. Hojjatoleslam Dr. Khosrow Panah, while commending the activities of Qom University of Technology in various scientific and cultural spheres, emphasized the necessity of establishing a model for synergy among universities at both the provincial and national levels. The Secretary of the Supreme Cultural Revolution Council also stressed the need to revive the religious beliefs of the younger generation through the reinforcement of camps and religious groups, considering the spiritual salvation of society to lie in seeking intercession and returning to the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
