The rally of the people of Qom city held to commemorate the epic of the 9th of Dey was attended by Ayatollah A'arafi, the director of the centers of religious sciences, Ayatollah Saeedi, the custodian of the holy shrine of Hazrat Ma'sumeh (s), Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri, the imam of Friday prayers in Qom, Ayatollah Khatami, the temporary imam of Friday prayers in Tehran, university scholars, seminaries students, and others.
The revolutionary people of Qom, after the insightful speech by Ayatollah Khatami at the Fayzieh School, held a large rally between this school and the Martyrs' Square, reaffirming their commitment to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and Imam Khomeini (ra), chanting slogans against the rioters, as well as the internal and external enemies of the Islamic system, while emphasizing their support for the velayat-e faqih.
