Visit of the Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Headquarters of University Students from Across the Country to the Al-Masumah Karamah Camp of the University of Qom in Karbala

According to the public relations office of the university: Hojjatoleslam Dr. Motahari Pour, the head of the Omre and Atabat University Pilgrimage Headquarters across the country, visited the Maqam al-Ma'sumeh Karimeh at the University of Qom in Karbala. While staying at the university's pilgrims' tent in the city of Karbala, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Motahari Pour was informed about the service process at this tent and stated: "Establishing a university pilgrims' tent to serve the Arbaeen visitors is an incredibly valuable endeavor. Serving the visitors of Sayyid al-Shuhada (peace be upon him) in Karbala, especially during the Arbaeen days amidst physical limitations and a large number of pilgrims, is a very challenging and burdensome task."He pointed out that obtaining necessary permits, establishing the tent, and providing services commensurate with the dignity of university students come with significant challenges. He added: "A more precise identification of limitations, obstacles, and problems is crucial so that the servants of this tent can provide broader cultural and welfare services to students and Arbaeen pilgrims in the coming years with proactive measures."Dr. Motahari Pour said: "Naturally, a substantial portion of the activities of this tent has been carried out in a public manner, with support from benefactors and servants of the tent, while only minimal state resources have been utilized in this regard."At the end, Dr. Motahari Pour expressed gratitude for the efforts of benefactors, Dr. Rezayi Nour, the President of the University, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Ghorbani, the representative of the Supreme Leader at the University of Qom, the tent's servants, and the university students who provided services at this tent, wishing them continued success. It should be noted that during the Arbaeen of 1401, the Maqam al-Ma'sumeh Karimeh at the University of Qom served over 200 pilgrims daily with approximately 12 volunteer servants for 10 days at Shari’a al-Shuhada, Ta’ariq al-Bahr, and Hosseiniyeh Sayyid al-Asghar, providing services to a total of over 2,000 Arbaeen pilgrims.
