According to the university's public relations, the top researchers in the province in the fields of academic committees and executive organizations were selected from Qom University of Technology.
During a ceremony held at Qom University, with the presence of the governor, university presidents, and other officials of the province, the top researchers of the province were honored. In this ceremony, Dr. Peyman Akhavan, a professor at Qom University of Technology in the academic committee area, and Engineer Amir Hossein Akbari in the field of executive organizations were recognized as the top researchers of the province.
While honoring the top researchers of the province, the governor of Qom said: These meetings, while appreciating the top researchers and technologists, should provide the groundwork for connecting research with industry so that it can address the country’s issues in various industrial and scientific fields.
He further addressed the executive managers: Managers of universities and scientific centers in the country should have greater connections with the research and industry environment. Additionally, universities should create a motivating atmosphere for research.
The governor of Qom added: Universities are expected to address the essential needs of the country in practice since universities are living and dynamic environments. Of course, we have made progress in these areas, but we expect even more.
