-Scanning and attaching the transcript for all types of educational loans is mandatory
- Scanning and attaching the marriage certificate in the integrated system for married students applying for educational loans is also mandatory.
- Scanning and attaching the approval letter from the Student Affairs Department stating residence in non-governmental dormitories and selecting the special feature option during application registration in the Integrated Services system, for unmarried students residing in these dormitories to receive educational loans of 50% more than other students, is also mandatory.

Steps for Applying for a Loan and Creating a File (Special for Students Applying for a Loan for the First Time) :
A: Register and create a new level in the Integrated Welfare Fund Service System at www.swf.ir/fa
(How to log into the system, payment and repayment regulations for student loans can be found in the above system.)
B: Attach the documents related to the notarized commitment document along with the employment documents of the guarantor or guarantors
C: Register the account number and IBAN of Tejarat Bank (in the name of the student)
D: Submit the original notarized commitment document along with the guarantor's documents to the Welfare Department of the University
E: Register the loan application in the above system by the student along with attaching the relevant documents for each type of loan (for example: to register for an urgent marriage loan, attach the image of the marriage certificate; for educational loans, attach the transcript and dormitory residence letter; for the housing deposit loan for married students, attaching the marriage certificate and rental agreement is required.)
F: Approval of the loan application by the Welfare Department can be reviewed if the documents are correct and funding is secured.
Actions for New Entrants who have a loan file in the Integrated Welfare Fund System for previous levels:
A: After logging into the student portal through the Integrated Welfare Fund Service System, they should create a new level.
B: If, in the previous level of education, a payment schedule for loans granted at the previous level was issued, enter the student information section to create the new educational level and register the loan request.
C: The guarantee documents from the previous level, if related to years before 1400, are not acceptable at the new level and a new notarized commitment document (according to the current specified format) needs to be prepared.
D: Contact the Welfare Department of the university to check the confirmation of the loan application registration in the new level (the guarantee documents and the adequacy of the guarantors must be reviewed and approved by the responsible expert)
Required Documents for Submission to the Welfare Department of the University to Establish a Student Loan File:
A: Submission of the Original Commitment Document of the Student registered in oneof the Offices of Notarized Documents of the Country
Conditions for the guarantor or guarantors: Official or contractual employees of the government, contractual employees of the government with 5 years of experience and having an employee identification code, and pensioners (for information on the conditions and documents required for the guarantor or guarantors, please refer to Articles 11 and 12 of the Student Loan Payment and Repayment Regulations.)
B: Submission of Account Number and IBAN Code of Tejarat Bank in the name of the student applying for the student loan (specifically for daily students)
C: Submission of a salary deduction certificate addressed to "Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology" in the amount of 120 million tomans solely for students whose total loans received exceed 120 million tomans.
D: The latest image of the employment contract of the guarantor or guarantor’s contract
Notice: It is necessary that the student’s commitment document is prepared accurately and clearly according to the previously announced guidelines by the Welfare Fund in one of the official notarized document offices and registered.
It is noteworthy that in case of non-compliance of the committed document submitted with the stated conditions, the commitment document must be re-prepared to obtain the loan.
It is suggested that esteemed students contact the university to clarify the conditions of their guarantor or guarantors with the relevant expert, and if approved, proceed to prepare the guarantee document.
