Top researchers and technologists from Qom University of Technology were honored.

According to the university's public relations report: Concurrent with Research Week, top researchers and technologists of Qom University of Technology were honored. In this virtual ceremony, Dr. Rezaei Noor, the president of Qom University of Technology, stated: Research Week is a great opportunity to review our year-long activities. Last year was a very fruitful year for Qom University of Technology in terms of science and research. Notable achievements include the university's upgrade by ten ranks in Isc, securing the first place in employment of Bachelor's graduates in the employment monitoring project of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology for the year 1399 (2020), obtaining permission to enroll international students, and transforming Qom University of Technology into an international university, a twenty percent increase in article publications, and the introduction of Dr. Karimi, a faculty member of this university, as the top technologist of the province among other major successes of Qom University of Technology.
He added: Qom University of Technology has been very active in industry collaboration. For instance, the Industry Partner Program, establishing a university cooperation office at Pakshoma Company, launching the Sound Cafe (Industry, University, Ascendancy), initiating the Industry Cafe, and constructing the Alarm Telemonitoring Device Incubator are part of Qom University of Technology's connections with the province's industry.
Then, Dr. Shakurie, a full professor at the University of Science and Technology and the father of Computer Science in Iran, examined the processes of ideation and commercialization.
Furthermore, Dr. Ghanbari, the educational and research deputy of Qom University of Technology, highlighted the enhancement of the university's research activities. He discussed the actions taken in the research domain: drafting the executive instructions for the annual promotion regulations of faculty members, guidelines for rewarding authors of articles published in reputable international and domestic journals, executive instructions for utilizing special research credits (grants), regulations for establishing university research clusters, and organizing three national and international conferences this year, all of which are part of the contributions made in the research field.
At the end, top researchers and technologists of the university were acknowledged. From the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Mahbubeh Gholandari, Dr. Hadi Heydari, and Dr. Jafar Ghanbari were introduced as the top three researchers of this faculty.
Dr. Mahbubeh Shamsi, Dr. Abdolreza Rasouli, and Dr. Meysam Yadgar were also introduced as the first to third researchers of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Dr. Jafar Khademzadeh Yeganeh, Dr. Mohsen Mohammadi, and Dr. Rouhollah Bakhtiyari Doost were respectively selected as the top researchers of the Faculty of Technical Engineering.
The title of top researchers in independent educational groups was awarded to Dr. Mehrzad Ghorbani as the first place winner and Dr. Bahman Baba-yar Razliqi in second place.
Dr. Abdolreza Karimi and Dr. Morteza Mohajjel Kafshdoz were respectively introduced as the first and second top technologists of the university.
In the student section, Engineer Fatemeh Mahdavi and Engineer Javad Abdollahi were respectively selected as the first and second distinguished student researchers.
