According to the university's public relations, on the occasion of the blessed birthday of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (S.A.), sports competitions were held by the university's physical education department for staff and faculty in three disciplines: air rifle shooting, table tennis, and darts, divided into men’s and women’s categories. In the men's shooting competition, which was attended by 41 participants, Mr. Abdollah Beikayi, Mr. Faramarz Razai Pouya, and Mr. Hassan Farahadi secured the first to third places, respectively. In the women's shooting competition, which was organized with 12 female participants, Mrs. Elaheh Darvishzadeh, Mrs. Atefeh Timuri, and Mrs. Nafiseh Sohanian placed first to third, respectively. In the darts competition for men, with 37 participants, Mr. Sadegh Darabi, Mr. Yousef Maleki, and Mr. Mohsen Nasiri won first to third positions, while in the faculty category, Dr. Fariborz Zarei, Dr. Meysam Yadegari, and Dr. Saeed Hassanzadeh participated, and in the women's section, Mrs. Shahin Mahmoudi, Mrs. Mona Gashtasbi, and Mrs. Masoumeh Kashafi earned the top three spots. In the table tennis competition for men, Mr. Ismail Tavakoli, Dr. Morteza Jiriayi, and Mr. Faramarz Razai Pouya took the first to third positions, while in the women’s section, Mrs. Fatemeh Hangi, Mrs. Fatemeh Bidabadi, and Mrs. Nafiseh Sohanian won the first to third places.
