According to the Public Relations of the University: The paper glider competition, organized by the Scientific Association of Talented Individuals, was held with the participation of 60 students on Tuesday, 18/8/94 at Qom University of Technology.
Participants in this competition crafted mini gliders with precise dimension calculations, guided by the research team of the Talented Association, and then competed against each other by launching them in the university grounds.
It is noteworthy that this competition serves as a precursor to training for larger scaled gliders.
