The message from the President of Qom University of Technology on the occasion of the Sacred Defense Week

According to the university's public relations: Dr. Rezai Nour, President of Qom University of Technology, commemorated the Sacred Defense Week with the issuance of a message. The full text of this message is as follows: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Sacred Defense Week is an annual reminder of the struggles of great individuals who defended the homeland and upheld Islamic values, sacrificing their lives to grant a new identity to Islamic Iran. Given the coincidence of this esteemed week with the Arbaeen of Sayyid and the Master of Martyrs, the martyrdom of Imam Hasan Mujtaba (PBUH) and Imam Reza (PBUH), as well as the passing of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), it evokes in us Iranians the notion that the movement of our late Imam (RA) and the ever-living martyrs is inspired by the movement of Karbala and is based on immaterial principles. The memory of the martyrs of the eight-year Sacred Defense is always unforgettable for each of us Iranians.I hope today the university community can, like the ever-living martyrs, shape the dignity and power of Islamic Iran. In a year that has been designated by the esteemed Leader (may his shadow last) as the year of production, knowledge-based initiatives, and job creation, we must utilize all our scientific, research, and cultural capacities to witness the advancement of science and technology in our beloved Iran.I extend my condolences during the mourning period for the Prophet (PBUH) and his family, paying my respects to the exalted spirit of Imam Khomeini (may God be pleased with him) and the pure blood of the martyrs of the Sacred Defense. I ask the Almighty God to grant us all the success to follow the clear path of the martyrs under the guidance of our wise leader.
