According to the university's public relations office: The first Idea Market conference was held by the Industry Relations Office of Qom University of Technology with the presence of Engineer Majid Majidi, the Executive Director of the Avan Business Training and Consulting Center, in the Shahid Akhondi Conference Hall of the university.
In this conference, Engineer Majidi addressed the weaknesses of the educational system. He added: In today's society, skill development and empowering the specialized workforce should be one of the main goals of universities, which unfortunately has been neglected in the educational system.
Furthermore, Dr. Rasti, the Director of Industry Relations at the university, discussed the importance of innovation, idea generation, and creativity in the university environment.
While introducing the Industry Relations plan, which has been proposed and implemented for the first time in the country by Qom University of Technology, he explained the process of accepting and selecting students for skill enhancement courses and how to form operational and specialized teams for industry assistance.
Finally, the efforts of Mr. Moghadam, the former industry relations expert at the university, Abbas Kashani, Arman Hakani, Ehsan Zangeh, and Amir Mohammad Ebrahimi, active students in the industry relations project, were also appreciated.
