Meeting of the Provincial Secretariat for Industry-University Relations with the Board of Directors of the Shahrekord Industrial Town.

According to the public relations report from Qom University of Technology; an amicable meeting was held, facilitated by the Secretariat of Industry-University Relations and the Board of Directors of Shah pur Industrial Town, attended by Engineer Alami, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shah pur Industrial Town, Engineer Haj Hosseini, CEO of Moldan Chemical Industries, Engineer Zaeim, CEO of Sarvistan Company, Engineer Jalali, CEO of Iran Merinos, Engineer Aghaziyarti, CEO of the polystyrene foam manufacturing company, Engineer Abdollahi, CEO of Lina Company, and Dr.rezaei Nur, President of Qom University of Technology, in the conference room of the management office of Shah pur.
The main topics and decisions made during the meeting of company managers with the Secretariat of Industry-University Relations at the university are as follows:
a) It was decided to allocate a space in the management building of Shah pur Industrial Town to the Secretariat of Industry-University Relations. This location will facilitate the interaction between academicians and industrialists of Shah pur and will be engaged in the areas of industrial damage assessment, execution of necessary industrial and research projects, empowering research and development units, creating study opportunities for professors in industry, providing scholarships for talented students, organizing specialized training workshops, facilitating innovation areas and knowledge-based products, market research and marketing, and creating internship and job opportunities. Therefore, it was approved that this office be dedicated to the Secretariat within the next two weeks and that Qom University of Technology equip it as the supervising body of the Secretariat. Additionally, a memorandum of understanding will be drafted and concluded regarding the above matters.
b) Working groups in specialized fields will be established from the faculty members of the universities in the province, which will include: 1- Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Polymer Working Group 2- Mechanics and Metallurgy Working Group 3- Electrical and Computer Working Group 4- Energy Working Group 5- Textile Working Group 6- Industries, Management and Technology Transfer Working Group.
These working groups will have a regular schedule for attending the Secretariat office in the industrial town and will hold meetings with industry owners related to the topics of these working groups. The management of Shah pur Industrial Town will facilitate the connection between working groups and industrialists.
c) Meetings of the Secretariat of Industry-University Relations with the Board of Directors of Shah pur Industrial Town will be held monthly, and besides detailing the activities, the obstacles to work will be examined.
