The registration deadline for students applying for scholarships from the National Elite Foundation has been extended until 10/5/95.

The head of the National Elite Foundation in Qom Province announced the granting of academic awards to talented students in the 2016-2017 academic year.
He discussed the benefits of this plan, stating that the National Elite Foundation grants special facilities in the form of four awards for education, research, technology, and culture based on the regulations for awarding academic scholarships to talented students. These include various aspects such as student ranking, educational assistance credentials, research assistance credentials, technology assistance credentials, educational capability credentials, scientific communication credentials, entrepreneurial capability credentials, and more, to outstanding students from universities and research institutes across the country.
He emphasized that since there is a limited quota for students, researchers, and scholars from Qom universities, students must upload their information on the "Soraya" system of the National Elite Foundation by July 9 to participate in this competition.
Mohammadrezaei stated that the necessary information for selecting talented students from the universities and higher educational and research institutions in Qom Province to benefit from the facilities of the National Elite Foundation in the 2016-2017 academic year is also available on the Qom Elite Foundation website at www.qom.bmn.ir.

Mohammadrezaei pointed out that the target community for this plan includes students in bachelor's, master's, professional doctorate, and specialized doctorate programs in all fields and sub-specialties of medical sciences who are studying within the permissible study periods (four years for bachelor's students, two years for master's students, seven years for professional doctorate students, four and a half years for specialized and specialized doctorate students, and three years for sub-specialty students in medical science fields) at any universities or educational and research centers affiliated with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education can benefit from these awards.
The head of the Elite Foundation in Qom Province emphasized that applicants eligible for these awards who have achievements such as winning gold, silver, or bronze medals in national and international student Olympiads, obtaining top rankings in national entrance exams for universities (national rankings under 1000 for admission to undergraduate or professional doctorate programs in mathematics and engineering, experimental sciences, humanities, art, or foreign languages, rankings under 50 in the exam sets for graduate programs), publishing articles in scientific research and promotional fields, and collaborating in scientific journals and scientific associations will be prioritized.
He noted that achieving first to third place in national student Olympiads, obtaining top rankings in national medical sciences entrance exams, including comprehensive, pre-internship, assistantship exams in medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy as well as specialized medical assistantship exams, achieving the title of outstanding student in universities, being recognized as a national exemplary student, or securing a preferred patent based on the regulations for identifying and supporting selected inventions are other elite activities.
He specified that students of Islamic Azad University are introduced to the National Elite Foundation centrally through the university's central organization and do not need to register in this process.
