Introduction of New Incoming Students at Qom University of Technology

According to the university's public relations: The introduction of newly admitted male and female students at Qom University of Industrial Technology was held at the Mollah Sadr camp in the Kahak region, organized by the cultural management with the presence of the university board on Tuesday and Wednesday, 8th and 7th of 94/7.
In this camp, Dr. Khoshnavisian, the president of the university, welcomed the new students and referred to the faculty, staff, and students as members of the family of Qom University of Industrial Technology. He added: According to the words of the Supreme Leader (may his shadow be prolonged), the primary duty of students is scientific jihad, followed by political and cultural engagement. With the presence of experienced professors, over 95 percent of whom are graduates of prestigious universities in Iran, a suitable environment is provided to fulfill our beloved leader’s demands.
Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Akhoundzadeh, the esteemed representative of the Supreme Leader's office at the university, congratulated the students on their enrollment in higher education and urged them to take greater advantage of the scientific and spiritual atmosphere of the holy city of Qom. He deemed the introduction and correct selection of a spouse for young women in the honorable rite of marriage an important and necessary matter and added that the office of the Supreme Leader provides a safe space for any guidance in this area.
Dr. Fadaei, the student vice president, also provided explanations regarding this vice presidency, stating: Nourishing the spirit is as important as nourishing the body. Considering your presence in a new environment away from home, you will undoubtedly face many mental concerns, and the counseling center is your best companion for addressing your problems and mental challenges.
Holding group prayers, dart competitions, and tug-of-war, along with announcing three winners accompanied by prizes, were among the other programs of this cultural and recreational camp.
At the end, a commemorative gift was presented to the students on behalf of the cultural management.
