According to the Public Relations Office of the university, the national university volleyball championship competitions, part of the regional competitions of Zone Four, commenced at Qom University of Technology. These competitions are taking place at the sports hall of Martyr Ali Akbari in Qom, hosted by Qom University of Technology and in cooperation with the provincial volleyball association, with participation from eight teams. The competitions will conclude on Thursday, the 14th of Dey, with the announcement of the top teams. The participating teams in this tournament include Qom University of Technology, Qom Tolou Mehr University, Qom University, Shahab Danesh Qom, Tarbiyat Modares University, Arak University, Hamadan University of Technology, and Bou Ali Shahriar University of Hamadan. The teams taking part in this competition will compete in two groups of four teams each during the preliminary round, with two teams from each group advancing to the semifinals. At the end of this tournament, the champion team will qualify for the final stage of the national student volleyball championship.
