According to the university's public relations: The welcoming ceremony for new undergraduate students in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science was held in the conference hall of Shahid Akhund University, attended by Dr. Fadaei, Vice President for Education and Research, Dr. Ziyani, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Hojatoleslam Valmoslemin Seyed Vakili, Deputy of the Supreme Leader's Office at the university, Engineer Rezai Pouya, Director of the Security Office, faculty members of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Engineer Nasiri, advisor, and the newly admitted students.
In this ceremony, Dr. Fadaei welcomed the new students and congratulated them on their academic advancement, providing some explanations regarding educational and research issues within the university.

Hojatoleslam Valmoslemin Seyed Vakili raised issues regarding student life. He mentioned that student organizations can be very active and beneficial, providing a suitable environment for the intellectual and political growth of students.
The Deputy of the Supreme Leader's Office at the university introduced the office's programs, particularly the Hamam plan, to the newly admitted students.

Dr. Ziyani also provided additional explanations regarding the disciplines of this faculty and the educational regulations, and then introduced the faculty members of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science to the new students.

Furthermore, Engineer Riazi Pouya introduced this office and asked students to share their suggestions, criticisms, and reports with this office to enhance the security and health of the university community at Qom University of Technology.
He also urged students to have a deeper and more conscious perspective on their society and surroundings.
Engineer Nasiri, the university advisor, explained the counseling center for new students and discussed the implementation and organization of the health monitoring plan designed for new entrants.
