According to the university's public relations: The Student Day ceremony was held with the presence of the Board of Trustees, staff, and students in the Shahid Akhondi conference hall at Qom University of Technology, organized by the cultural management department.
At this ceremony, Dr. Khoshnavisan, the president of Qom University of Technology, honored Student Day by providing explanations about the events of December 7. He added: According to the words of the Supreme Leader (may his shadow last), scientific jihad is the primary duty of every student, and the pursuit of justice and courage are essential traits of theirs. If these characteristics manifest during the student years, individuals can resolve many of their issues and problems in all stages of life with a strong sense of justice and courage.
Dr. Khoshnavisan considered impartiality to be a branch of insight and added: It is the right of students to demand improvement in the academic environment, and we will create this space as much as possible in cooperation with professors and students.
He noted: Considering the university's mission towards an industry compatible with the environment, we are pursuing a specialized university. At this point in time, quality is important to us, not quantity. A specialized university has experienced faculty and research-oriented students.
The president of Qom University of Technology added: I am hopeful about the future of this university because most of our professors are from reputable and prominent universities in the country, and our students possess great potential in scientific fields.

Continuing, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Akhoundzadeh, the representative of the Vali-e Faqih Office in the university, emphasized the importance of commemorating Student Day and added: Knowing historical events is very important and necessary, as it allows us to analyze events from various angles. When we dissect and analyze the events of December 7, we encounter the selflessness and deep understanding of the students. Today, it is your duty, students, to keep the name of Islamic Iran alive and eternal by participating in every single scientific and cultural scene.
