According to the university's public relations report, Dr. Rezai Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, congratulated on Student Day with a message. The text of this message is as follows:
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Undoubtedly, the independence, freedom, and glory of Islamic Iran are owed to the struggle and sacrifices of the young people and great scholars who have gifted us this revolution with their blood.
History will never forget the struggle against tyranny by the students, especially the three courageous students: Mehdi Shari'at-Razavi, Ahmad Ghandchi, and Mostafa Bozorgnia. In fact, the martyrdom of these three great men marked a turning point in raising the awareness of the Iranian people and the beginning of the fight against despotism.
Undoubtedly, students and the academic community have had a significant impact in all sensitive areas in our beloved homeland. From the victory of the Islamic Revolution to the eight-year Sacred Defense to today, where they stand against sanctions and threats with scientific endeavors.
I, while honoring the memory of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the ever-living martyrs, congratulate and commend this day to all students and intellectuals of society, especially to the students of Qom University of Technology.
I hope that through acquiring knowledge, ethics, and political insight under the guidance of the Supreme Leader (may his shadow endure), you will be successful and prosperous in the growth and development of Islamic Iran.
