The president of Qom University of Technology commemorated the Sacred Defense Week by issuing a message.
According to the Public Relations of the University, the full text of this message is as follows: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful The end of September is a precious time when the memories of the eight years of Sacred Defense are recalled. It is a time when many young men and women sacrificed their lives to preserve every inch of their motherland to safeguard the independence and freedom of the Islamic homeland. The Sacred Defense Week symbolizes the sacrifice and perseverance of the noble men and courageous women who, in response to the call of Imam Khomeini (RA), offered their lives, property, and even their children to make their resistance a lasting epic in history, becoming a model for all the free people of the world. Undoubtedly, the sacrifices and martyrdom of our loved ones during the eight years of Sacred Defense demonstrated to the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran that Iranians will forever close the door to any schemes or invasions of our sacred homeland. On this occasion, while honoring the memory and bravery of all the esteemed martyrs, combatants, and dear heroes, I beseech the Almighty God for the dignity of the Islamic Republic of Iran and for the further success of the noble people of Iran in the light of the guidance of the great leader of the Revolution and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Ayatollah Khamenei (may his shadow be exalted).
