According to the university's public relations office: During a meeting in which an appointment was made by the university president, Mr. Faramarz Razaei Pouya was appointed as the head of the university's physical education department.
In this meeting, Dr. Razaei Nour, the president of Qom Industrial University, expressed his gratitude for the unwavering efforts of Dr. Karimi, the former head of physical education, and stated that creating positive changes and transformations in the area of physical education is one of the university's priorities. He added: "It is hoped that with the changes made in the physical education unit, we will witness an enhancement of sports at the university."
Furthermore, Mr. Razaei Pouya, while thanking Dr. Razaei Nour for his trust, announced new plans aimed at transforming physical education at the university and added: "I hope that with the support of university officials, we can encourage faculty members, staff, and students to engage more in sports. According to the words of the Supreme Leader, who says: 'I want the youth to pursue education, moral cultivation, and sports,' we aim to create a suitable environment in this regard."
Part of this appointment states: "Given your qualifications, commitment, and experiences, you are hereby appointed as the 'Head of the Physical Education Department.' It is expected that while respecting the revolutionary and religious atmosphere of the holy city of Qom, you utilize your knowledge, skills, and managerial capabilities to transform Qom Industrial University into a leading university in industrial and technical sciences."
