Simultaneously with the night of Eid al-Ghadir, the president of the university and the head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader at the university met and discussed with Dr. Zakeri, the representative of the honorable people of Qom in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
According to the university's public relations report, in this meeting, Dr. Rezai Nour outlined some of the achievements and honors of Qom University of Technology over the past twelve years and discussed the university's development outlook until the horizon of 2025. Rezai Nour, pointing to the university's real estate issues, considered resolving them as a significant factor in accelerating the growth and development of the university. He mentioned obtaining permission to enroll international students without entrance exams as another demand from the academic community of Qom University of Technology during this meeting. The president of Qom University of Technology expressed hope that, considering the scientific perspective and academic standing of the representative of Qom, necessary consultations to realize these demands would commence soon.
Following this meeting, Dr. Zakeri congratulated the Eid al-Ghadir and emphasized the necessity for the university to move in line with the revolution and in accordance with the Second Step Statement of the Supreme Leader. He also pledged to visit Qom University of Technology and stressed the importance of pursuing the university's demands from relevant authorities.
