According to the Public Relations of the university: By decree from Dr. Rezaei Nour, the President of Qom University of Technology, Dr. Payman Akhavan, a full professor and member of the faculty at Qom University of Technology and a graduate of the University of Science and Technology, has been appointed as the advisor to the President of Qom University of Technology.
Among Dr. Akhavan's honors is receiving the title of "Top Researcher" in the years 2014 and 2011.
He also earned the title of "Top Author" in 2018 for his work on the book "Extracting Technical Knowledge of Employees."
He was recognized as the "Top Instructor" in the years 2013 and 2014.
He earned the title of "Top Author" in 2016 for writing the book "Acquiring Implicit Knowledge of Experts."
He received the title of "Top Instructor" in the System and Productivity Group of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Virtual Education, University of Science and Technology in 2013, which reflects Dr. Akhavan's extensive experience in scientific fields.
Additionally, his authorship of over 200 scientific and research articles and the publication of more than 20 titles of books are among his other honors.
Dr. Akhavan's research and specialty areas include knowledge management, technology and innovation management, blockchain, cryptocurrency, gamification, the Internet of Things, entrepreneurship, creativity, and e-commerce.
