He holds a PhD in Project Management and Construction from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, and has obtained a certificate from the executive training program at ESC-Lille Business School in France. Dr. Kafaytmand's professional history reflects his simultaneous presence of over 20 years in both academia and industry, which can signal the strengthening of the connection between these two fields at Qom University of Technology. In addition to serving as a visiting professor at universities in Tehran, Tarbiat Modares, Imam Hussein (AS), and Malik Ashtar (AS) at the senior executive management levels, he has a successful portfolio in urban management, oil and gas industries, and information and communication technology. Furthermore, he has authored numerous books and articles in the field of project management among his other activities.
He has been recognized and awarded by various centers, especially the Association of Cultural Heritage and Prominent Figures of the Country, the International Foundation of Superior Knowledge Organizations, and Sharif University of Technology for his achievements and management activities.
