Ayatollah Mirtzai Yazdi (rah), the founder and head of the Imam Khomeini Educational and Research Institute, the elected representative of the people of Razavi Khorasan Province in the Assembly of Experts for Leadership, a former member of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, a member of the Society of Scholars of Qom Seminary, and the former head of the Supreme Council of the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt, passed away last night, January 1, 2021, in a hospital in Tehran.
