The prideful Operation Beite Mohandes, which led to the epic victory of Khorramshahr on the 3rd of Khordad in 1361, is a turning point in the tumultuous history of the glorious Islamic Revolution. The creation of the epic of the 3rd of Khordad reminds us of the bravery and selflessness of the youth who, by sacrificing their pure blood, recorded this magnificent epic in the history of the nation’s honors.
Undoubtedly, the liberation of Khorramshahr serves as a complete model of the independence and freedom of the Iranian nation. A nation that, with limited equipment and with an indescribable unity and solidarity, relying on its leader, managed to bring victory and immortality in the struggle against arrogant and domineering powers.
The liberation of Khorramshahr will forever remain an everlasting epic, and now each of us Iranians, as the heirs and guardians of this land, must uphold the values and sacred ideals of the late Imam and the martyrs with crimson shrouds.
