Qom Industrial University  issued a statement commemorating the anniversary of the heavenly ascension of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the bloody uprising of June 15  1963.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Indeed, we belong to Allah and indeed to Him we shall return

As we approach the middle of Khordad, marking the anniversary of the heavenly ascension of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the bloody uprising of June 15, 1963, we witness that  the noble and martyr-loving people of Iran, despite the enemies' conspiracies, have not relinquished their allegiance to the lofty ideals of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution. This love and devotion to Imam Khomeini (RA) and his teachings, which are derived from the pure Islam of Muhammad, have not only taken root in the hearts and souls of Iranians but have also intertwined with the deep convictions of justice-seekers across this globe.
Today, as we mourn the heartbreaking passing of the founder of the Islamic Revolution and hold mourning ceremonies for the martyrs of the uprising on June 15, we find that Muslims in Syria, Palestine, and Gaza, inspired by the Islamic movement of Imam Khomeini (RA), are standing against oppression. Our valiant and revolutionary youth, through their martyrdom in defense of the sanctuary and tomb of Lady Zainab (SA), have vividly expressed their love and devotion to the Imams (peace be upon them).
Indeed, the noble people of Iran today, following the guidance of Imam Khomeini (RA) in "supporting the Walayat-e Faqih" and taking the commands of his worthy successor, the Supreme Leader (may his shadow last), as their benchmark, stand proud and more steadfast than ever in scientific and practical jihad against all oppressors and aggressors, despite all threats and sanctions.
Qom Industrial University invites the educated, insightful, and revolutionary people of Islamic Iran, especially the academic community, to once again, as always, create a legendary presence in the glorious ceremonies of these two significant days, keeping alive the names and memories of the martyrs of the Revolution and the revered Imam in their hearts, and to renew their commitment to the ideals of the great architect of the Revolution and the martyrs adorned in red shrouds.
