According to the Public Relations Office of the university: In line with the mission of Qom Industrial University (to train dedicated and devout students, create job opportunities, and contribute to the growth and flourishing of the province's industry), a memorandum of understanding was signed regarding the processes of the internship program, research opportunities, and research projects between Qom Industrial University and Pakshoma Industrial Group, marking the university's entry into the province's industry.
In this memorandum, students will engage part-time in the company with prior planning, allowing them to closely learn about the ongoing industrial processes and receive training in technical skills. The incorporation of students into various sectors of the company, including the production hall, administrative sections, etc., aims to address short-term labor shortages and also involves their participation in the company’s research and development unit.
Among the other provisions of this memorandum is the collaboration of a university professor with a student team to solve the company's industrial problems through short-term projects ranging from three months to a year.
With the approval of Pakshoma Company and under the signed memorandum, the participating students in this program will receive remuneration based on their attendance at the company. Additionally, professors and students will assist in addressing the company's industrial challenges by signing research contracts.
