According to the public relations office of the university: The Iftar banquet at Qom University of Technology was held with the presence of Dr. Khoshnevisan, the university president, faculty members, staff, and their families, thanks to the efforts of the administrative and financial vice-presidency and cultural management at the Arta reception complex.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Dr. Khoshnevisan welcomed everyone and congratulated them on their fasting and worship, adding: "Every moment of this blessed month is full of goodness and blessings. The fact that you dear ones and your respected families have accepted the university's invitation and gathered here in a warm and friendly environment is a blessing of this sacred month."
He emphasized the unique characteristics of this blessed month, noting: "The host of this gathering is God, who personally invites the guests. According to the verses and traditions, the beginning of this month is mercy, its middle is forgiveness, and its end is reward. This banquet has no resemblance to worldly gatherings. The all-knowing Lord is the host of all humanity, and there is no discrimination between the poor and the rich, black and white, etc. He states: 'I will answer your prayers, and for every breath you take during Ramadan, I will reward you for your worship.'
The president of Qom University of Technology added: "Now is an opportune time to express my gratitude to all dear colleagues in various departments of the university, as it is your individual efforts that will steer the university towards growth and excellence. I hope that with the cooperation and unity of faculty, staff, and students, we can transform Qom University of Technology into a university that befits the honor and status of the holy city of Qom, both in terms of academic and spiritual matters."
