Dear students, with hope for a semester filled with success in acquiring knowledge and wishing for your final exams to be held with accuracy, health, and your success, please keep the following points in mind to assist in the smooth conduct of the exams.
1- Please be present at the university half an hour before the exam starts and identify your seat number and exam hall.
2 - Considering that the exams are conducted based on seat numbers, it is necessary for students to settle according to the announced seat numbers in their designated area.
3- Carrying your student ID and exam entry card is mandatory. (The exam entry card can be printed via the portal.)
4- If a student has an overlapping exam for any reason, they must visit the exam coordinator half an hour before the exam starts for coordination.
5- Please refrain from bringing mobile phones to the exam session. Having a mobile phone, even turned off, during the exam is considered a violation and will be dealt with according to the regulations. (Use a wristwatch to manage your time.) 6- Carrying any kind of notes, written material, notepads, programmable calculators, mobile phones, paper, scratch paper, etc. (except for items specified by the relevant instructor on the exam paper) is prohibited, and students may hand over their belongings to the exam’s belongings section before entering the exam.
6- An answer sheet without the student's signature, exam stamp, and supervisors' signatures is invalid, therefore students should ensure their answer sheet is stamped and signed. It is mandatory to return the question sheets and answer sheets to the exam hall officials, and the consequences of failing to do so are the student's responsibility.
7- Having a calculator, if necessary, is essential for each student during the exams, and students are not permitted to move the calculator during the exam.
8- Under no circumstances are students allowed to disrupt the order of the session (moving chairs, etc.), and in case of observed violations, regulations will be enforced accordingly.
