According to a saying of Imam Khomeini (RA), who stated: (If the delightful call of Basij thought resonates in a country, the greedy eyes of enemies and world oppressors will be cast away; otherwise, we must always be prepared for incidents.) The difference between the Basij of yesterday and the Basij of today is that yesterday, the Basij defended the homeland by forming military groups, while today, Basij youth are advancing Iran's Islamic excellence in scientific, software, and technological fields.
