According to the university's public relations: The students of the Basic Sciences Department at Qom University of Technology, under the leadership of Dr. Al-Imran Nejad, Dr. Ghalandari, and the students of the Engineering Physics Association, conducted a visit to the Laser and Plasma Research Institute at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran.
Dr. Ghalandari stated that this research institute has excellent laboratory facilities in research areas such as the production of laboratory plasmas and their applications in biomedicine, industry, photonics, laser technology, and thin-film coating.
She added that the presence of students in such scientific and research centers will foster a desirable interest and enthusiasm for science.
