The signing of a memorandum of understanding for scientific, research, and educational collaboration with the Police Command of Qom Province.

 In a meeting held on 13/5/92 at the headquarters of the Law Enforcement Command of Qom Province, attended by Brigadier General Kazem Mojtabai and their esteemed colleagues, as well as the university board, the parties signed a memorandum of scientific, research, and educational cooperation. Dr. Moshkouh Al-Sadat, the esteemed head of the university, mentioned the remarkable advancements of Qom University of Technology in the past two years, stating that the university currently has 41 faculty members and is recruiting 20 more in upcoming calls, which grants it significant scientific capacity. He went on to highlight that the university currently offers 11 undergraduate programs and 3 master's programs, hosting approximately 1800 students, and added that the university intends to obtain permits for innovative programs needed by the province in the near future to take significant steps towards the prosperity and dignity of the province. Following this, Brigadier General Kazem Mojtabai, the respected commander of the Law Enforcement Command of Qom Province, delivered remarks, stating that the police organization seeks to advance in all three aspects: knowledge, action, and progress. He noted that the police are becoming increasingly modernized and sophisticated, and this advancement is a blessing of knowledge. It is hoped that this meeting will enhance communication and increase the utilization of the up-to-date capacities of Qom University of Technology. He also emphasized that the memorandum should be put into practice, and issues should be pursued through collaborative working groups from both parties.

Commitments of the Law Enforcement Command of Qom Province

1- Financial support for theses of university students at the master's and doctoral levels by the Law Enforcement Command of Qom Province on relevant topics.

2- Providing a favorable environment for master's and doctoral students of the collaborating faculty in thesis projects to access resources, statistical populations, and available unclassified data in compliance with regulations.

3- Fulfillment of the commitments outlined in the signed contracts.

Commitments of Qom University of Technology

1- Providing opportunities to utilize completed theses at various academic levels for the Law Enforcement Command of Qom Province.

2- Creating opportunities to implement research topics needed by the Law Enforcement Command of Qom Province by professors, researchers, and students of the university across different educational levels.

3- Fulfillment of the commitments outlined in the signed contracts.
