In part of this order, it is stated: Given your commitment and experiences, and in line with the pursuit of the scientific and research goals of the administration of moderation and hope, under the blessings of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, you are hereby appointed as the "Acting Head of the Educational and Research Department." It is hoped that in this year, which is dedicated to the title "Production Leap," with reliance on the Almighty God and adherence to the wise directives of the Supreme Leader (may his shadow be long), you will succeed in achieving the scientific objectives of the university.
It is noteworthy that during a meeting, the efforts of Dr. Heydari, the former Vice President for Education and Research, were acknowledged and appreciated.
