According to the Public Relations of the University: The Red Crescent Society of Qom Industrial University was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Rezayi Noor, the university president, and Dr. Golshan, the president of the provincial Red Crescent Society at Qom Industrial University.
Dr. Rezayi Noor, while appreciating the efforts of the Red Crescent Society for sending humanitarian aid and engaging in humanitarian activities during foreseeable and unforeseen incidents, stated: Given the presence of active students, faculty, and young staff at Qom Industrial University, this center can undoubtedly become one of the active bases of the Red Crescent Society in the province.
He added: Considering that parts of Iran are located on fault lines, familiarity with humanitarian activities and rescue operations to assist our dear fellow countrymen in special conditions is very important and necessary.
It is worth mentioning that this center has commenced its activities with 110 members, chaired by Ms. Basati, focusing on 36 topics centered around rescue operations and humanitarian activities.
