According to paragraph 7 of the sent circular number 130/10021 dated 2016/11/25 from the Student Welfare Fund, given the current conditions, the disbursement of student loans to all students is only possible by providing a notarial commitment document. However, in order to assist new incoming students and those from previous years who are applying for a loan for the first time, this group may submit their commitment document according to the conditions stated in previous announcements by the 10th of the current semester (10th of Dey) to the university, and defer the submission of the salary deduction certificate to upcoming semesters.
