Attention Students Applying for Student Loan Requests:
The final deadline for submitting student loan applications for the current semester is November 21st.
Dear students applying to establish a file for obtaining a student loan, it is essential to carefully review the new regulations for the payment and repayment of student loans, as well as to understand the conditions for the guarantor or guarantors qualifying for the guarantee. You must provide a qualified guarantor and a student commitment document according to the established rules and regulations outlined below:
1- The student commitment document must be accurately and legibly prepared and registered in one of the official notary offices, in accordance with the draft announced by the Welfare Fund. It is evident that if the submitted commitment document does not conform to the specified contents, a new commitment document must be prepared to obtain the loan.
2- The beneficiary of this document is solely the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and its specifications cannot be altered.
Required documents to be submitted to the Student Welfare Office at the university are as follows:
1- The original student commitment document prepared by one of the official offices in the country.
2- A certificate of deduction from wages or a notarized copy of the guarantor's license or activity permit, or a written guarantee certificate from the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee.
3- A copy of the guarantor's or guarantors’ latest employment decree.
Note: Students who submitted a commitment document before the announcement of these regulations, if their document suffices for the guarantee for receiving the loans stipulated in these regulations, do not need to provide a new commitment document.
Reminder: Before preparing the student commitment document, please refer to the regulations on the payment and repayment of student loans to understand the conditions for guaranteeing student loans.
