Special Loans for Second Round Students: Tuition - Pilgrimage - Alavi Foundation Loan (conditional upon submission of a deduction certificate from the guarantor's salary addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science)
The deadline for submitting applications for various loans is from 94/11/17 to 94/12/10.
Attention: It is mandatory to register the loan application on the student portal of the Welfare Fund website (www.swf.ir) electronically in addition to submitting the application form to the university's student affairs office.
Documents required to form the loan file for daily and evening students:
Submission of documents in items 1 to 9 is necessary for students applying for loans for the first time.
1- Completion of the loan specification form (this form is separately designed for daily and second round (evening) students).
2- Completion of the loan application form (this form is separately designed for daily and second round (evening) students).
3- Completion of the Alavi Foundation loan application form for daily and evening students applying for this loan (conditionally upon submission of a deduction certificate from the guarantor's salary addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology).
4- A copy of the student's national ID card.
5- A copy of the student card.
6- Opening and announcing an account number in Bank Tejarat (preferably a youth account) in the name of the student (specific to daily students and evening students applying for the Alavi Foundation loan).
7- Submission of a notarized guarantee document with a valid guarantor (official employee, contractual employee or retired employee, conditional upon submission of a deduction certificate addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology). Note: The guarantee of a retired employee is not acceptable for obtaining a loan from the Alavi Foundation.
8- Submission of a copy of the last employment decree and the guarantor's salary slip.
9- A copy of the student's birth certificate.

First Note :Guarantee documents (on A4 sheet) will be accepted if a qualified guarantor is introduced and if complete documents are provided.
Second Note: Priority in reviewing applications will be given to those who appear with complete documents on the specified dates, and in the case of limited credit, requests will be prioritized.
Third Note:Requests from students who have deficiencies in their file documents from previous semesters will not be reviewed.
Fourth Note:(Special documents for married students) Submission of a copy of the marriage certificate - copy of spouse's birth certificate – specifying the spouse's status (dependent - employed – living in another city) is mandatory.
Fifth Note :(Special documents for the marriage housing deposit loan) Documents of marriage and the official rental agreement with tracking code in the student's name (rental residence in Qom)
Sixth Note:(Special documents for unmarried student housing loans who are not residing with their family and are not living in dormitories): Anofficial rental agreement with tracking code in the student's name (rental residence in Qom)
Seventh Note: Due to the increase in the ceiling of special educational loans for married male students with children, submission of documents related to marriage and children's birth certificates is mandatory.
Eighth Note: Students registered for housing loans who reside in university dormitories must obtain approval of their loan application from the dormitory supervisor.
Conditions for receiving the Alavi Foundation loan if credit is secured: Submission of a deduction certificate from the guarantor's salary (official or contractual or temporary employees of government organizations) addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology - having an average of 14 – submission of a Bank Tejarat account number – the amount of the Alavi Foundation loan for students (daily and evening), single and married is 6,000,000 and 8,000,000 rials respectively.
