Attention Non-Iranian Students
Non-Iranian students are required to apply for an extension of their student residence permit no later than 35 days before the expiration of their residence status at the university. If no application for an extension is made, the responsibility for any incurred damages and fines lies with the student. (Currently, the daily fine for illegal residence of foreign nationals is 2,000,000 Rials)
Additionally, students who have not yet registered in the SAORG system and have not received a tracking code should promptly visit the Student Affairs Organization website (www.saorg.ir) to register under the Non-Iranian Students section and obtain their tracking code.
