According to the university's public relations: The statute of the Foundation of Supporters of Science and Technology Endowment in Qom Province was prepared and finalized with the aim of promoting endowment in the fields of science, innovation, and technology with the presence of the President of Qom University of Technology, and the cooperation agreement of this foundation with the Kowsar Credit Institute was signed.
On the occasion of Endowment Day, aimed at promoting science and technology, the cooperation agreement between the Foundation of Supporters of Science and Technology Endowment in Qom Province and the Kowsar Credit Institute was signed to support the development and commercialization of science and technology and banking, especially Islamic banking, and to support the development of knowledge-based employment by supporting university graduates in Qom province.
At this meeting, the head of the founding board of the Foundation of Supporters of Science and Technology Endowment stated the crucial and determining role of this foundation in job creation, saying: The Kowsar Credit Institute in Qom Province, in addition to being a member of the founding board of the Foundation of Supporters of Science and Technology Endowment, plays a significant role as the financial agent of this foundation.
He emphasized the use of community capacity in the development of science and technology endowment, stating: Strengthening and promoting the culture of endowment in support of the science and technology community requires the collective effort and support of the public and officials.
In another part of this ceremony, Dr. Rezai Noor, President of Qom University of Technology, referred to the Supreme Leader's emphasis on the endowment in the production of science, stating: It is necessary, according to the viewpoints of the esteemed Leader of the Islamic Revolution, for the blessed act of endowment in the fields of medicine, new sciences, and even in the modern promotion of religion to take place and be effective.
Dr. Rezai Noor, citing a hadith from the great Islamic Prophet, evaluated endowment in the fields of science and knowledge as very important and added: Based on this precious hadith, continuous charity, beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child remain after the death of every human being, and everyone should help to promote beneficial science endowment.
The head of the Science and Technology Park in Qom Province emphasized the prominent role of the Organization of Endowments and Charity Affairs in strengthening and growing the foundation, stating: We expect that by the end of this year, with the efforts of the General Administration of Endowments and Charity Affairs in Qom Province, two cases of science and technology endowment will be supported and registered.
Furthermore, the manager of the branches of the Kowsar Credit Institute in Qom Province, highlighting the importance of endowment in the field of science and technology, stated: Today, the production of science and technology is considered as the fundamental basis for the creation of wealth and economic power in the country.
Masoud Aghdasi, referring to the Supreme Leader's concerns regarding the endowment of science and technology, stated: The Kowsar Credit Institute intends to act as a leading credit institution supporting the development of rich and Islamic endowment culture in the field of science and technology, and to support researchers, innovators, students, seminary students, faculty members, and academic elites in knowledge-based entrepreneurship.
