According to the university's public relations: Concurrent with the week of education, the Student and Cultural Affairs Deputy organized a ceremony in the Shahid Akhundi Conference Hall to honor the faculty members of Qom University of Technology.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Dr. Khoshnavisan, the President of Qom University of Technology, honored the anniversary of Professor Motahhari's martyrdom and congratulated the professors, considering Professor Motahhari's role in enlightening students as unparalleled. He added that if Professor Motahhari had not guided the youth, especially students, before the revolution, the people's uprising would not have achieved victory. In fact, Professor Motahhari exemplified a self-made individual, an aware and cultured teacher not only in his own time but also serves as an excellent model for today's educators.
Dr. Khoshnavisan spoke about the current status of Qom University of Technology, stating: Thank God, with the efforts and dedication of each and every official, staff, and even students, the university currently enjoys good credibility, reputation, and progress. For instance, the presence of Dr. Khadijeh Rabii, a faculty member of Qom University of Technology, who was elected as a representative of the Borujen County in the 10th Majlis, and the appointment of Engineer Rahimi, the financial manager of this university, as the financial manager of the Student Welfare Fund in the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, reflects the university's good reputation and the worthiness of its staff.
The President of Qom University of Technology, while pointing to the important role of professors, added: One of the most important responsibilities of professors is to instill hope and vitality in students, which enables us to have a young, creative, and joyful society.
In the continuation, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Akhoundzadeh, representative of the Office of the Supreme Leader at the university, congratulated the upcoming holidays and thanked the professors, stating: It is enough to look at the face of a teacher as an act of worship. Furthermore, in the realm of learning, it is even said that one hour of reflection and learning is better than a year of worship.
The ceremony continued with performances of humorous competitions, magic tricks, and sleight of hand.
