According to the university's public relations report, coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan, a gathering for the appreciation of the Quran was held at the Qom University of Technology's prayer hall, featuring international reciter Mr. Foroughi, the university board, a number of professors, staff, and students. During this ceremony, Mr. Mohammad Hossein Jafari, a student of Civil Engineering at Qom University of Technology, who earned the national third place in the Tarteel Quran recitation at the Shahid Avini Festival, was acknowledged and appreciated.
The program also included a Quranic competition and a simple student iftar among other activities.
