According to the public relations office of the university, in accordance with the implementation of the law on the disciplinary regulations for university faculty members and higher education and research institutions, approved in 1985 by the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and its related executive bylaw, members of the initial committee for investigating the disciplinary violations of faculty members at Qom Industrial University were appointed through separate decrees by the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology.
Dr. Peiman Akhavan from the Industrial Engineering group, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Omidian from the Religious Studies group, Dr. Mohammad Ali Al Omrani Nejad from the Mathematics group, and Dr. Morteza Mohajel from the Computer Science group are the primary and substitute members of the initial committee addressing the disciplinary violations of faculty members at Qom Industrial University.
It is noteworthy that following the first meeting of this committee, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Omidian was elected as the chair, Dr. Al Omrani Nejad as the vice chair, and Dr. Mohajel as the secretary of this committee.
