The head of the Student Affairs Organization announced: The Exemplary Student Festival will be held / Registration begins from December 20 to December 30
Dr. Hashem Dadashpour, Deputy Minister of Science and Head of the Student Affairs Organization, pointed out that the 29th and 30th Exemplary Student Festival will take place this year, stating that interested students can register in the Sajad system from December 20 to December 30.
The head of the Student Affairs Organization indicated that, as in previous years, all registration processes and both the university level judging and the national judging will be conducted electronically, saying: The judging process of the Exemplary Student Festival will occur in two stages: university and national; first, students compete at the university level, and those who obtain the highest scores based on the regulations, irrespective of any thresholds, will be honored as the university's exemplary students. Those candidates who meet the conditions for progression to the second stage will be referred to the central secretariat.
Regarding the changes in this year's festival compared to last year, he said: In this year's festival, for the first time, the winners among international students studying in Iran will also be recognized, and students who graduated after the 2019 announcement, as well as those who have taken educational leave without counting their years during the COVID-19 pandemic, may participate. Additionally, allocating 3 extra points in the cultural section specifically for volunteering activities during the pandemic is a feature of this festival compared to previous years.
