The registration period for student loans is from 28/6/94 to 15/7/94.
Documents required for forming the loan application file for day and second round students:
Submission of documents from items 1 to 8 is essential for students applying for a loan for the first time.
1- Completion of the loan applicant information form (this form is designed separately for day and second round students.)
2- Completion of the loan request form (this form is designed separately for day and second round students.)
3- A copy of the student's national ID card (mandatory for all students)
4- A copy of the student's ID card (mandatory for all students)
5- Opening and announcing a youth account number in the Trade Bank in the name of the student (for day students)
6- Providing a notarized commitment document with a valid guarantor (a permanent employee, a contract employee, or a retired employee with a salary deduction certificate addressed to the Student Welfare Fund)
7- Providing a copy of the latest employment decree and pay stub of the guarantor
8- A copy of the student's birth certificate
Dear students can obtain the aforementioned forms from the Publications unit of the university or from the following internet address in the Student Welfare section (forms).
Note 1: Guarantee documents (on A4 paper), and if a qualified guarantor is introduced and complete documents are provided, will be accepted.
Note 2: Priority in reviewing applications will be given to applicants who submit complete documents on the specified dates. In case of limited credit for registering applications, prioritization will be done.
Note 3: Applications from students who have deficiencies in their documents from previous semesters will not be reviewed.
Note 4: (Documents specifically for married students) A copy of the marriage certificate - a copy of the spouse's birth certificate – determining the spouse's status (under care - employed – living in another city) is mandatory.
Note 5: (Documents specifically for housing deposit loans for married students) Certificate of marriage and an official rental agreement with a tracking code in the name of the student (rented residence in Qom)
Note 6: (Documents specifically for housing loans for single students who do not live with their families and do not stay in dormitories): An official rental agreement with a tracking code in the name of the student (rented residence in Qom)
Note 7: In light of the increase in the ceiling of student loans for married men with children, providing documents related to marriage and children's birth certificates is mandatory.
Note 8: It is necessary for day students applying for housing loans who reside in university dormitories to have their loan application form approved by the dormitory supervisor.
