Special Loans for Second Round Students: Tuition - Pilgrimage - Insurance
The deadline for submitting loan requests is from 1392 to 92/11/30.
Documents Required for Creating a Loan File for Day and Evening Students: Submission of documents in section 1 to 8 is mandatory for students who have not yet obtained a loan guarantee document.
1- Completion of the loan applicant's information form (this form has been designed separately for day and evening students).
2- Completion of the loan request form (this form has been designed separately for day and evening students).
3- Opening and announcing a Youth Account Number at Bank Tejarat in the name of the student (for day students only)
4- Submission of a notarized commitment document with a valid guarantor (Guarantor conditions: permanent employee, contract employee or retired employee, provided that a salary deduction certificate addressed to the Student Welfare Fund is provided)
5- Submission of a copy of the latest employment decree and the guarantor's salary slip
6- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
7- Copy of the student’s national ID
8- Copy of the student identification card Students can obtain the mentioned forms from the Student Welfare section on the university website or at the University Publications Unit.
Note One: Guarantee documents (on A4 paper), and if a qualified guarantor is introduced and complete documents are provided, will be accepted. Note Two: Priority for reviewing requests will be given to applicants who visit with complete documents on the mentioned dates, and in case of limited credit for processing requests, priorities will be determined.
Note Three: Requests from students whose files have deficiencies from past semesters will not be reviewed.
Note Four: (Special Documents for Married Students) Submission of a copy of the marriage certificate - copy of spouse's birth certificate – determination of spouse's status (dependent - employed – living in another city) is mandatory.
Note Five: (Documents for Housing Deposit Loans for Married Students) Certificate of marriage and a formal rental agreement with a tracking code in the name of the student (rented accommodation in Qom)
Note Six: (Documents for Housing Loans for Single Students who do not reside with their families and do not stay in dormitories): A formal rental agreement with a tracking code in the name of the student (rented accommodation in Qom)
Note Seven: Considering the increase in the ceiling of special educational loans for married male students with children, submission of relevant documents regarding marriage and identification documents of children is mandatory.
