Documents Required for Student Loan Application for Daytime and Second-Term Students:
Providing documents from points 1 to 8 is essential for students applying for a loan for the first time.
1- Completion of the Applicant's Information Form (This form has been designed separately for Daytime and Second-Term students.)
2- Completion of the Loan Application Form (This form has been designed separately for Daytime and Second-Term students.)
3- Opening and notifying the student's youth account number at Tejarat Bank in the name of the student (for Daytime students)
4- Submission of a notarized guarantee document with a valid guarantor (official employee, contractual, or retired employee provided with a salary deduction certificate addressed to the Student Welfare Fund)
5- Submission of a copy of the latest personnel order and salary slip of the guarantor
6- A copy of the student’s birth certificate
7- A copy of the student’s national ID
8- A copy of the student ID
Dear students can obtain the aforementioned forms from the Student Welfare section on the university website or the publications unit of the university.
Note One : Guarantee documents (on A4 paper), and in the case of introducing an eligible guarantor and providing complete documents, will be accepted.
Note Two : Priority in processing applications is given to those who visit with complete documents on the specified dates, and in case of limited budget for registering applications, prioritization will take place.    
Note Three : Applications from students whose documents from previous terms have deficiencies will not be processed.
Note Four: (Special documents for married male students) A copy of the marriage certificate - a copy of the spouse’s birth certificate – determination of the spouse's status (dependent - employed - residing in another city) is mandatory.
Note Five : (Special documents for housing security loans for married students) Marriage certificate and an official rental contract with the tracking code in the name of the student (rental home in Qom)
Note Six: (Special documents for housing loans for single students who do not reside with their family and do not live in dormitories) : An official rental contract with the tracking code in the name of the student (rental home in Qom)
Note Seven: Given the increase in the ceiling of educational loans for married male students with children, providing documents related to marriage and the children’s birth certificates is mandatory.
Note Eight: It is essential for daytime students applying for housing loans who reside in university dormitories to have their loan application form confirmed by the dormitory supervisor.                                                                                                                                Thank you - Student Affairs
