Important Announcement: Housing Loan

Important Announcement  Housing Loan   Date of Notification: 2012/5/16   

For non-residential daily students and non-dormitory students who have rented a place in Qom for accommodation on lease.

Students applying for the housing loan must submit their requests to the university's student affairs office by the latest until the date of 2012/5/26, provided they meet the following conditions.

Required Conditions:

1. No residence in university dormitories
2. Submission of the original and a copy of the notarized lease agreement in the name of the student or their guardian, indicating the rental of housing in Qom (it is understood that the authenticity of the document and its information will be verified.)
3. Submission of complete documents for loan file formation along with the loan application form

It is worth mentioning that so far, the funds related to the housing loan for the second semester of the current year have not been communicated to the university by the Student Welfare Fund, so submitting a request does not imply guaranteed receipt of the loan.

Note: It goes without saying that documents submitted after the above date, or incomplete documents, or those with incorrect or altered information will not be considered.
