This is to inform you that according to the Ministry of Science's circular number 1039/11036/4, dated 30/1/2011, the use of student welfare facilities such as nutrition, loans, dormitories, transportation, sports facilities, and tuition loans is only permissible during the designated years of study (8 academic semesters). It is evident that during additional semesters, if possible, services will be offered to students at cost price.
