Registration period for loans and document submission is from 10/07/1398 to 30/07/1398
We warmly welcome the new students and would like to inform all daytime and evening (second shift) students that the disbursement of loans is conditional upon the initial registration of the student on the student portal of the Student Welfare Fund's website at the following address:

First Group: Students applying for the loan for the first time who do not have a file in the Student Welfare Fund's portal should follow the instructions below for registration and loan application.
1- Visit the Student Welfare Fund's website – Student Portal (bp.swf.ir)
2- Create a file and complete the identification and educational details by the applicant.
3- Visit the Student Affairs Office of the university (Welfare Department) and submit a notarized commitment document along with the Trade Bank account number, and obtain a confirmation from the Student Affairs Office (Welfare Department) for the loan application. (It should be noted that the Trade account number is only required for daytime students). 4- Go to the Student Welfare Fund's portal and enter your national ID in the username and password fields.
5- In the loan request section, select the desired loan. Please note that the loan application will be finalized upon the approval of the university's Welfare Department and the availability of funds.
6- It is noteworthy that documents for any loan request must be submitted in person to the Student Affairs Office (Welfare Department) by the specified date.
Second Group: Students who have previously received loans and have a file in the second phase of the comprehensive automation system of the Student Welfare Fund should submit their loan requests through the student portal of the Welfare Fund at (bp.swf.ir) within the specified deadline.
Necessary Notes:
1- The deadline for submitting loan requests is not extendable and applying students must register, create a file, and submit their loan requests within the specified time.
2- It is essential to submit a notarized commitment document with a valid guarantor (regular employee or government contractor) along with a copy of the latest employment decree and salary slip of the guarantor, and a copy of the identification card and student ID, in person to the university's Student Affairs Office (Welfare Department).
Note: Guarantees from retirees are accepted if attached with the latest retirement decree and a certificate of salary deduction addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
3- Clearing any outstanding debts with the university from the previous level and determining the status regarding the applicant's welfare file in the comprehensive system of the Student Welfare Fund is mandatory by the university's Welfare Department before the loan registration.
4- It is obvious that requests outside the specified period will not be reviewed.
