Notification from the Dormitory Administration regarding registration for student dormitories – Academic Year 1405-1404 (for new students)
We congratulate and warmly welcome the «new students» to Qom University of Technology, and inform all new students seeking dormitory accommodations that to register for the dormitory and select a room, you must proceed through the student portal as outlined below.
🔰Registration and Room Selection Steps:
1 - Obtain your student ID number and student portal password from the university's education department.
2 - Log in to the student portal at https://erp.qut.ac.ir
3- Select the dormitory affairs option, then request membership in the dormitory and complete, register, and submit the relevant forms. It is very important: Please ensure that all forms are fully completed, registered, and finally submitted with the confirmation of the «Send» option for your request to be sent to the dormitory specialist.
4 - Deposit 18,000,000 Rials as a down payment (through the student portal option - dormitory affairs, followed by electronic payment for the dormitory).
5 - Approval of the membership request by the dormitory specialist.
6 - Room assignment by the dormitory specialist.
📌After the room assignment by the dormitory specialist, the assigned room number is visible in the student portal under the dormitory affairs - dormitory record section.
7 - Visit the dormitory specialist in person to receive your dormitory card along with two passport-sized photos.
📌It should be noted that students who have been assigned a room (in the student portal) can directly refer to the relevant dormitory for accommodation during holidays or outside of office hours and later visit the dormitory administration to receive their student card.
🔰The dormitory fee for a semester for day students and aspirants amounts to 36,000,000 Rials, while for second-round, international, guest, transfer, and additional year students, it is 66,000,000 Rials.
🔰Payment of the down payment of 18,000,000 Rials is mandatory to complete the registration and room selection process; the remainder must be settled before the final exam period.
🔰After registration, it is not possible to withdraw, and the student is obliged to pay the full dormitory fee.
🔰Movement within the dormitory is only possible with a dormitory card. Therefore, all esteemed students must visit the dormitory administration with two passport-sized photos before entering the dormitory to receive their dormitory cards.
🔰It is important to note that the student dormitories do not have internet access.
🔰All students are required to adhere to the dormitory regulations, and any violations will be dealt with according to the disciplinary system.
🔰Female students requesting one-night accommodation, must visit the dormitory specialist in person to obtain only the recommendation letter from Qom University of Technology and submit it to the dormitory supervisors at Farabi. The supervisors at Farabi University will decide on the approval and costs of accommodation (forty-five thousand Tomans per night). It should be noted that according to Farabi University regulations, applicants for one-night accommodation are only permitted to stay one night per week.
🔰Male students applying for one-night accommodation (after new student registration is completed) will be accepted if there is available capacity. The cost for each night of accommodation will be one hundred and fifty thousand Tomans.
🔰Priority for accommodation is given to applicants whose place of residence is farther from Qom University of Technology.
🔰The girls' dormitory rooms are 4 (reserved for master's and doctoral students) and 6-bed, while the boys' dormitory rooms are 6 (reserved for master's and doctoral students) and 8-bed.
